Martin Dollenkamp > Chilean Glory Vine, one of the best hummingbird plants here on Vancouver Island, they really like our climate.
Martin Dollenkamp > Chilean Glory Vine, close-up, I can't say enough about how great these are for attracting hummingbirds, they get constant action when they are in bloom and they bloom from May into August with some blooming into the fall.
Martin Dollenkamp > Chilean glory vine, there a tendril climber and like something fine to grab onto, I had to wrap some twine around the obelisk to hold it on. CGV likes to sprawl also and works well planted among rocks.

Martin Dollenkamp > Chilean glory vine, this is a picture of the seed pods, one plant puts out thousands of seeds so you will have plenty for the next year, the Junco's will eat the seeds occasionally. If the seeds freeze they will not be viable so you don't have to worry about them coming up all over the place.
